2. Website Content Print Graphix
2.1 The Print Graphix website is a place for you browse and see our listed products. You can purchase online and ask any questions related only to products. You can contact us on our listed email address stated on the website. Print Graphix
2.3 The content on Print Graphix website is used for browsing and information purposes only. We have the right to change any of our information at any time.
2.4 Print Graphix will some time-to-time change content and pricing as and when need to. We have the right to alter any content at any time.
3. Products and buying from us.
3.1 To order products through our website, add the items to your basket and proceed to the checkout and following the payment instructions. We work effortlessly to get our products to you in top condition and as quickly as possible.
3.2 To order Customised items through our website you will need to select the products (the Products’) you want to purchase and fill out the information.
3.3 Our delivery for blank items not customised is charged at a flat rate of £5.95 throughout the website.
3.4 Delivery for custom printed products will be calculated at checkout.
3.5 Turn around time on deliveries is approximately 7 to 10 days but we always try to get these out as soon as possible.
4. Returns
4.1 If contacting us due to faulty / damaged goods please do so within 24hrs of receipt of order. Replacement goods or a refund will be arranged if faulty or damaged.
4.2 Items that have been personalised with company logo or any other form of printing by us after approval has been given, cannot be returned.
4.3 After proof of personalised item print, we will not be held responsible for logo errors are any spelling errors. Please check your logos and spelling carefully.
4.4 We will not replace goods of the wrong size, colouring or any art work issues, these will be re charged at normal cost on the website.
4.5 To return items to us, you must inform us before sending via email. We will arrange our post back procedure from there. You must also return the Products to us within 14 days of the date of payment.
4.6 We will not refund any item untill items have been received by us and in a resell able condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
4.7 In the event that Products are returned to us, we will be entitled to charge you a restocking fee for each Product equivalent to 20% of the price paid for the Product (the "Restocking Fee") We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice or when we receive the products back to us. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product less the Restocking Fee and delivery. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
5. Making changes to our website.
5.1 We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content Products or services available through it, including your access to it.

6.1 Print Graphix has various social media platforms and these are a tool for us to share information about the work we are doing and any other relevant information.

We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error-free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website.

8.1 We exclude all express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to our website or any information or service provided through our website. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate.
8.2 We accept no liability for any indirect loss or damages, or for any direct or indirect loss of material, profit, revenue of any business. In circumstances where you suffer loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of our website or its contents other than as a direct result of purchasing Products (which shall be subject to the exclusions and limitation of liability set out in the terms and conditions of purchase), we accept no liability for this loss or damage whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of Print Graphix. 8.3 If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Product or Service concerned. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for our fraudulent misrepresentation.
